Air-cooled UV Curing System

Key Features

1 – Fully air-cooled
2 – ArcLED
3 – Proven Reliability
4 – Most efficient curing
5 – Easy Maintenance

1 – The fully air-cooled, single centralized fan system provides a quiet and reliable operation. Since there is no heat exhausted onto the press or into the press room, the air can be ducted out. This also leads to significantly reduced investment costs and power consumption since there is no chiller required.
2 – The AeroLED used the same fan and Airflow as GEW’s proven E2C system, allowing for them to be freely interchangeable on any print station. Due to the high redundancy in the cooling design, no filters are required, making life simpler and cleaner for operators.
3 – AeroLED utilizes the identical LED framework and essential components found in GEW’s LeoLED, ensuring their established dependability. Additionally, the lights incorporate built-in temperature sensors, actively monitoring the LEDs’ heat levels, guaranteeing secure and enduring performance.
4 – The large window design of AeroLED allows for optimal light extraction, resulting in a longer dwell time that enhances the dosage effectiveness. Furthermore, AeroLED employs the same LED modules found in GEW’s well-established LeoLED lamphead, ensuring reliability and performance consistency.
5 – AeroLED incorporates rugged watertight seals that safeguard the LEDs from external elements and facilitate effortless cleaning. The design also follows GEW’s standard cassette approach, allowing for convenient maintenance. Notably, the lamphead lacks integrated fans or electronics, simplifying its structure and improving durability. Moreover, the robust air-cooled heatsinks are easily accessible for cleaning once the cassette is removed, ensuring consistent and efficient cooling.
